Explicit Consent and Electronic Message Approval Text

This text is prepared to explain that explicit consent under KVKK and approval for electronic messages under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce are separate processes.

1. Explicit Consent for the Processing of Personal Data

1.1. For processing activities that require explicit consent, I give my explicit consent for my personal data, and where relevant my special categories of personal data, to be processed only within the limits and for the specific matters stated in the information notice.

1.2. I understand that this explicit consent is not a general or undefined approval and is valid only for the data processing and transfer activities that are clearly specified.

1.3. I understand that this approval is not a precondition for access to healthcare services and that, if I do not give consent, only the optional activities based on consent will not be carried out.

1.4. I have been informed that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time and that the withdrawal will not affect the actions lawfully taken before the withdrawal date.

2. Approval for Sending Electronic Messages (Under Law No. 6563)

2.1. To the extent permitted by law, I approve the sending of informational, reminder and commercial electronic messages through the communication channels that I choose below. These checkboxes must be presented on the website without being pre-selected.

2.2. In this context, I accept that my contact details may be processed for the conduct of communication processes and, where required by law, notified to the relevant systems.

3.1. I acknowledge that I have received the necessary information and that I have read and understood this text of my own free will.

3.2. I understand that log records and timestamps relating to approvals given electronically may be stored for evidential purposes.
